1. THE SERVICE 1.1. tripdirectcy.com is a marketplace connecting passengers with independent Carriers. We do not provide transportation ourselves. 1.2. By submitting a booking and providing your contact details, you agree to these Terms.

2. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS 2.1. All payments are processed securely by our third-party Payment Service Provider (PSP). tripdirectcy.com does not store your credit card details. 2.2. You are responsible for the accuracy of the pickup time, location, and contact information.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 3.1. Free Cancellation: Users may cancel their booking for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. 3.2. Late Cancellation: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the pickup time, or in the case of a "no-show," no refund will be issued. 3.3. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@tripdirectcy.com.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 4.1. The Service Administration is not liable for any accidents, delays, or property loss during the trip. These are the sole responsibility of the independent Carrier.

5. GOVERNING LAW 5.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
